Janata Dal (United) candidate Anant Singh was arrested by Patna Police in connection with the murder of Jan Suraaj Party worker Dularchand Yadav. The 75-year-old was shot and run over during a clash between rival groups while campaigning. The arrest follows evidence and eyewitness accounts, with accomplices also taken into custody.
